First appointment

Yeayyyy got my first appointment with a dietician on march 18th, she said will probs be there an hour, will they just ask me about my eating habits etc or is there tests they have to do? Im really nervous now about telling the truth about what i actually eat!

I don't know what they do in your area but at my first appointment I was weighed and measured and also had to have a blood test.
