well tomorrow i am taking myself off to Derby for my first check up since my surgery nearly 9 weeks ago im a bit unsure what will be happening and wondered if anyone could shed some light please.

Karen, they'll weigh you, look at how your healing and just ask how your going along. They may want to take bloods or get your doctor to do some...

Good Luck Karen, its nothing to worry about. At mine they just weighed me, checked my BP and then I had a chat with the specialist nurses and the dietician. Was in and out in about an hour. Last time they took bloods so I was there a bit longer, not much though XX

The apptm went fine saw the nurse,dietitian, then mr leeder 66lbs lost just checked my war wounds and no bloods i was so relieved.
