Glad it went ok, I was like you after my first fill and the hunger was intense . . .the poking and prodding stimulates it apparently lol, after fills my provider puts us to liquid for 3 days, then the mash for 3 days, I've just moved onto mash after a small 2nd fill, but it was easier this time than the first fill, hang in there hun, its for the good of you and your band
Glad it went ok for you think About it this way, if you could do the pre op diet, then 2 weeks liquid and 2 weeks mushy, this must be nothing! It's less than a week hang in there xx

It isn't "nothing" tho lol these 3 days after the fill, after you've just started eating normal foods again is actually really difficult. The fill stimulates hunger feelings for many people and I found after my first fill much harder going for liquid 3 days than doing 2 weeks pre-op!
Haha well not too bad. It's definately coming off and I know the slower the better. I just need to keep out of old habits like not chewing much before swallowing etc as it could be painful/dangerous... So its about concentration more than anything at this point!
My mums had it done for about 3 years now and it all comes naturally to her.. I'll get there!! x
