Have stalled for about four weeks and then this week... GAINED 5 pounds!
Really not sure why.. it was my birthday this week so I had a small slice of cake and Chinese takeaway, but didn't over do it.. a pound or 2 gain would have been expected but 5 blimey:wave_cry:
So today I am moving on.. been running up and down the stairs to burn calories, then salad with Quorn and a banana for lunch. Onwards and Upwards.
