I'm so chuffed! Today I have had no soup or sloppies (well apart from my Ready Brek at breakfast). I had half a crusty roll with lots of ham and rocket for lunch and then I had a cooked chicken leg with lots of salad leaves.
I also found the no added sugar Shortbread biscuits from Tesco and they're passable but not like the full sugar ones.
