And I'm really looking forward to it. I've looked at the menu on line and they do Soup of the day, and also French onion soup which I know I can have as it's a clear soup. Will be nice to go out with the girls though. I'm out again tomorrow at Wetherspoons with Tim as we always eat there on a Thursday. :D

You go girl, Fabulous that you've already embraced the new regime and feel confident about joining in.

Have a great time X

wow thats great that your feeling up to putting your glad rags on and getting out there, fantasic, here was me thinking i'd be spending the next week in my PJ's, GO YOU xx

Had a lovely time. I had an orange juice diluted with water and ice and a bowl of tomato and fennel soup. It was a bit thick so I asked for a little jug of boiling water and thinned it down a bit. I suppose I ate about 3 tablespoons full. I gave the brown bread and butter away.

I also had half a teaspoon of ice cream from my friends pudding which tasted sooo sweet, and finished off with half a cup of tea.

When the waitress came to collect the dirty plates she asked if the soup had been ok. I said it was lovely, so she said but you left it, was it alright. I assured her that I'd had my fill and that it was delish. The worse thing was that although there were 18 of us we waited for an hour and a half between starters and the main course as there had been a mix up in the kitchen. We did all get our coffees and sides free though. Ha ha, everyone's bill came to about £20 each and mine was £3.45. Fabulous.

Kate.

I have to say, I thought that too but after less than a week I was raring to go, out shopping etc. Feel like I could be at work really but I know I would end up lifting heavy things around and pushing the odd wheel chair about. So best I stay at home for another couple of weeks. I've never felt better.

Kate.

You're a cheap date now like me, I only have a coffee today in the garden centre, I usually have a massive cake too!
Really please you had a fab night. I can't pluck up the courage to go anywhere at night yet, I'm worried someone will have too much to drink and barge into my belly. Maybe next week. x
