Fish on the bbq?

Having fish with lemon juice on the BBQ in a parcel & mashed potato yum yum - should hopefully be ok mashed well (on mushy stage) xx

im sobbing...... there was a big family BBQ today...was GORGEOUS and i had my volvic and a inoccent smoothie. actually was starving by the end and was naughty and had some mcdonalds milkshake on the way back!

Are you on mushy stage sweet like me as u could have mushy fish, hubby cooked mine in lemon juice & chilli flakes, had a small jacket potato only eat the inside. X

Hubby is good I manage to burn everything lol. Whilst he was sorting the rest out I said I would do the potatoes put them in the microwave for too long stunk the kitchen out with the smell of burning & they came out like bullets he he x
