Flavoured water with no added sugar in it!

Following the post the other day where I mentioned the one you could get in Iceland, DH has also found some in Lidl, and it's sold in 1l bottles, so quite handy. Various flavours, I'm drinking apple & blackberry right now. It's sweetened with sucralose (which is the generic name for Splenda), so very low in carbs (0.4g per 100ml).

Just make sure you always drink it cold, as it does taste a bit weird if you let it go warm!

Morrisons do them still as well as sparkling! As I no longer drink fizzy stuff I was pleased to find those.

Also Powerade Zero is still and lovely, 3 calories for 500ml in a mild berry and tropical flavour. X
