My diet sheet suggests: milk, soups (blended runny, cream soups), build up soups, complan soups or drinks, ovaltine or horlicks made with semi skimmed milk, slimfast ready made drinks, low fat or fat free natural or fruit yogurts (no bits or crunchy toppings).

Hydration: tea/cofee with milk, stock cubes, brovil, diluted juice (1/2 juice, 1/2water), plain water, water flavoured with no added sugar squash.

Thanks llora. That's really helpful :) xxx

I would not have mousse until puree.. (thats totally my opinion, i even strain my blended soups and add water/milk/broth to make them more runny). it does not mention mousse at all on my diet sheet :)

I agree, no mousse until purée stage. Same with custard, it isn't mentioned until the purée stage on the Salford sheet.

Milk, soup (strained, except for tomato), low fat ice cream...that's pretty much it for the liquids stage. Thankfully, it is only 3 weeks - you can do anything for 3 weeks! :)

I can't have tomato soup ? X

Ah I see what you mean :)

I lived on tomato soup those three weeks, as after the first week and a half, I became quite violently lactose intolerant (as I've mentioned to you in the past, I think! :D).

Feeling any better today?

Feeling O.K today, much better than the first few days! You doing ok? xxx

Glad to hear it!

I'm doing pretty good, still have some minor issues but overall, feeling really good!
