well im going to start wrighting down what i eat every day , as the scales dont seem to move that much now , i have lost inches though, but if i write it down then i can keep a check of it incase im eating to much.
thurs aug 12th
breakfast 1 1/2 weetabix with lots of ss milk
lunch 2 crackers with prawns pack of snacka jacks
dinner tiny bit of fish with 7 oven chips and mushy peas
yougurt low fat
snack pack of snack a jacks
fri aug 13th
breakfast ready break
9 am glass of milk
lunch 4 low fat crackers with prawns and mayo
low fat yougurt
dinner ?
