yeterday someone on here told me a bout a food app to help me with giving time to chew and leave gaps, well it might seem petty but i think its brill its helpe me already thanks for the info im using it at all meals and its working :8855::bliss:

If you're not able to get an app on it you could simply set a recurring timer on your phone or computer that rings every minute or so.

I can't believe how brilliantly simple this is. I feel like one of Pavlov's dogs! It works so well.
