Food Consumption = Confusing

I am a *NEW* Man!
Some days I struggle to eat much and end up leaving it as I feel full, and other times it goes straight down, leaving me feeling that I could manage more, What that all about then??

No one said this WLS was gonna be easy did they LOL. :D
 
Am not as far along as you Kim, but a lot of people say wls is easy but we all know they talk out the whole at the other end of their body dont we?

You're doing absolutely great and are going to be another fine male member who will be inspirational (was gonna say be an upstanding member of the wls site - but thought some like <<<whispers wannabeslimagain>>> would take it rudely) to all of us following in your footsteps x

Hi Kim, it's exactly the same for me too! Some days I can eat like a horse, well, a slow horse, :rolleyes: and everything goes down really well. Other days I eat a mere morsel and I'm feel like I've had a five course dinner! :eek: Still, it a adds a bit of variety to the whole wls thing! :D

yep... same here. Some days I can eat loads (and I do), other days I cant manage much at all. Nic calls the hungry days her "hungry hippo days" and I usually get them before totm, but not sure what your excuse is Kim!
 
Mate i know what you mean but what i did was buy a small bowl and plate and put the same amount as i could of the food i ate so things like Chilli, Potato Ash etc i used the bowl for then solid foods i used the small plate for and in time my body has got used to that amount, you need to check your portion size when you feel satisfied and try to stick with that, now this might sound a load of bull but it has worked for me, i did get head hunger etc early on but just had fluids and now i dont get bothered with it, hope this rambling makes some sense.
 
Like most people, some days I eat very little and get full up on a couple of mouthfuls. Other days, I feel I could eat all day long. :eatdrink023:On those days, I try to eat low fat stuff and on the days that I can't eat much I eat whatever I fancy, as I'll be eating so little of it.
 
We are all different and I suspect all have good & bad eating days. You interperet good/bad as it applies to you. Normally I have no problem eating bigger portions than I see others here eating. However, the last few days I have found it difficult to eat as much. I'm putting this down to stress from other events. I'm not saying that is the reason why you may have good & bad days, just that external influences may well have an effect. It is just a case of trying to work out what they may be.

Just a theory, but it sounds plausible to me.

Other than the scummy picture :heartpump:, IRJ makes a hell of a lot of sense. I know another successful male bypasser that swears by something similar and it really works for him! x
