How about pasta sauces but minus the pasta? To make tomato and mascapone sauce I use: 1 carrot, 1 stk celery, 1 courgette and 3 mushrooms, cook them in passata for 20 mins, blend, return to the pan and add 2 large spns of reduced fat mascapone cheese and basil (to make it thinner you could add milk or water). It was an Annabel Karmel baby food recipe that was so nice I use it for all the family. Hope this helps xx

It's not usual for us to have so many active members at the same kind of stage in the process and I hope it's going to become the norm!
