Food/nausea question

If you have a meal and altho its eaten easily, about 30min later you feel nauseous, light headed, sweaty...just wondered WHY, what could cause this?

It was very thinly sliced, tiny.amount of Gammon, mash and baked beans.

It sounds like you could be Dumping......... Not sure why you would dump on the food you ate, but I have learned that it is not uncommon for folk to dump on all different things...... keep track on when this happens to find out which food does this for you!!

Baked beans can be high in sugar....

I wondered about the beans, hardly had any cos I'm not keen, but it made it wetter :D I've got some low sugar/salt ones to try :)

-Dell I'm wondering if the gammon might have irritated the pouch? I had a terrible "do" last night with a slice of corned beef that I ate too quickly:(

Could be? I've had ham, tiny bit of bacon, but not gammon. It was about a teaspoonful but you never know do you. Xx

Feel much better thanks allie, just headache which I get when I've been sick too for some reason. I'm keeping a food diary so I can keep track xx

definitely sounds like a mild dump love. Like what I get. Beans are high in sugar, and I suspect gammon is quite indigestible too. Try tinned tomatoes to make food wetter. I've had no problems with them.

I'm not even that keen on Gammon, just wants to try it :D. I wonder why its so different to ham tho? It was sliced as thinly (I have a slicing machine). Love tinned tomatoes, so will definitely have those in future!! Thank you :),).

I heard the baked beans can do it if they have any sugar base to it. If you are worried I would have your doctor run an Amino cap blood test for allergies

Dell, fresh veg is so easy to digest, you shouldn't have any problems from that xx
I love all veg but have barely had any cos been trying to pack protein in. I'm going to skip potato in future I think and just have veg and protein

I'm not worried, Amy. Just curious, agree about the beans tho, I'll avoid in future!
