If you're on "normal foods" then yes, (if you're on a mash stage then no) crackers are ok to add a bit of crunch. Things such as ryvita, melba toast, rice crackers. Be aware of the carb content if you're limiting carbs, and try to top with a protein source - cheese is ok in moderation, but obviously has a higher fat content.
You can get fat free soft cheese (quark) which are great on crackers, or top with tuna or ham, chicken etc as it gives a bit of "crunch to the lunch"
