what is it you're wanting advice in relation to? If you're on normal foods you should be looking at dry and crunchy. Mash and beans are very much slider foods, focus on protein and crunchy things such as salad, vegetables, change your fishfingers to grilled white fish or salmon for a healthier better protein option.
