Wonder can any one help to see if I am eating right things for breakfast hàd small bowl of shreddies with a bannanas for lunch I had 3 fishfingers small scoop of mash and small amount of beans would appreciate Any feed back
 
what is it you're wanting advice in relation to? If you're on normal foods you should be looking at dry and crunchy. Mash and beans are very much slider foods, focus on protein and crunchy things such as salad, vegetables, change your fishfingers to grilled white fish or salmon for a healthier better protein option.

Check back on some of the old threads you've made too as i believe food suggestions have been posted before :)
 
Quite slidery foods with regard to your lunch Hun you would do better to swap the mash n beans for boiled potatoes and veg x
