For the first time in years i had my photo taken !

Hi all, well my son got married at Gretna Green over the weekend ! it was a lovely day spent with family who many have not seen me since my bypass in march. In fact most didn't know I had it done so it was a bit of a surprise ! I was so worried about eating at the hotel but i shouldn't have worried as i managed fine with the prawn cocktail, then i had a small amount of roast beef with 1 roast potato then half of my sweet. My son was best man and sat next to me so he was quids in ! still he can eat well as he is a boxer who burns his weight off ! The photos were taken and not too painfull. i have uploaded one of me with my favorite uncle !

Fantastic that you had such a great time and managed well with your food too. I bet it was lovely to be in that position and no hiding from the camera. Well done.

I dont think i will ever like the camera, I was a size 12 until i was 30 and i was no different then ! the Photo i uploaded was taken with my favorite uncle who i dont see enough of. I have some more of the wedding ( well ok maybe 3 !) which show the whole me. when i'm feeling bravei will load them ! thanks for all the support of this forum i am getting there slowly x
