i eat sugar free polos find if I feel like snacking it puts me off cos of the strong min taste. I also have other mints but always sugar free, waste of calories otherwise
As a bander you could have them if you wanted. Depends on how many you are wanting to eat really, the odd one at 20 calories each isn't going to break the bank. Need too consider though ...
