Frankie and Benny's....

Been for lunch with the girls today at F&B's. They now have a lighter choices section on their menu which all have calories below 650 and smaller portions. I had the spaghetti bolognaise at 350 calories and it was quite nice. Only managed the meat and a spot of salad. I must say it made choosing a bit easier!

I love frankie and bennys!

Mostly because I know I will be able to chose something healthy and 'easy' to eat.

Toby carverys are one of my faves and always happy to let you have a childs meal or just a plate so you can pinch off of someone elses.
