hi people,
what do people take for sore throats?
i feel strepsils may be a bad move and make me vomit.
what did you all take?

I had a really sore throat last week & sucked sugar free strepsils & soothers on their own they didn't touch it sucked one after the other they eased it or at least took the edge off. After almost a week it went as fast as it appeared.

I drink loads of lemon and ginger tea when I get a sore throat and cold

Cant beat paracetamol or ibuprofen!
