Advice needed I completed tier 3 July and recently been advised that funding has been approved spire Southampton. Since I've completed tier 3 I've put a small amount (3kg) of weight back on. The 10th October I have an appointment with consultant and nurse should I be trying to get back to the original end of tier 3 weight? I'm worried ad my exercise has quadrupled and my eating habits are much better I'm making much better choices but feel hungry most of the day. I started taking multi vitamins a-z and decrease calories down to 800 ish. Any advice?
