After a week of walking, swimming and eating on average 900kcals a day I have gained .2 of a pound. Now I know .2 is not the end of the world but how the hell have I gained weight. I have been through the menopause (v.early) so it's not to do with a period or anything.
This has really thrown me as I thought I was doing so well. I have weighed every day since the op and never shown a gain. Obviously some days I have stayed the same. This time after 5 days of not weighing I wake up to (I know I am over dramatic) but devastating news.
Any suggestions people?
