Hello all,
I thought I'd share my first day of my pre op diet with those who understand.
I'm trying to sleep but I'm too hungry and I keep having to get up to go for a wee.
I know it will get easier and will all be worth it in the end.

Congrats on your date. There's lots of us having surgery in January. Busy month and what an amazing 2014 we will have.
Which wls have you opted for?
I'm revising from band to bypass on 14th Jan. Only 3 days to go ! Eeeeeek
