Depends whether you consider yourself likely to be hypnotised to think you have a band inserted. Sounds all a bit far fetched to me.

I watched a program on this and found it really weird. Surely if it works us nhs patients with risks of the aneasthetic would have been refered for this instead of surgery xx

Its such a shame that the overweight industry is pretty much a licence to print money with these kind of things!

Personally i'm going to wait for the tooth fairy to come round and see if she will lend me the money, alternatively if she doesn't have any spare cash i'll hope Santa brings me one... With a bit of luck the fairies will also chip in a contribution and the job will be a good one

I had hypnosis in one of my many efforts to lose weight. The effects lasted about 2 days before I was back to my old ways. It proved to be as big a waste of money as all the "diets" I have tried over the years.

I use meditation and hypnosis and find it really useful personally but that thing in the ad screams "CON" to me. I would steer clear.

I have to say I did use the Paul McKenna tape which did help to a certain extent & I believe hypnosis can help... BUT to believe that you've got a band fitted?? NUTS!!

I didnt believe I had my band till I saw it on the xray last week so to not have one and think you have !!! insane !!!
