Band fills are not the only contributor equating to the level of restriction felt.
I am reading lots of new banders confusing the fact that that they may not have had a fill, with having no restriction. Got to remember .. you may have some restriction even without a fill (some banders can go for months without the need for their first fill) ... Afterall there is a new silicone band fitted around the upper part of the stomach which may provide some level of restriction...and totm / internal bloating or swelling from the op itself/water retention/changes in temperature/air pressure/sickness causing irritation of the stomach area etc can also make the band feel tighter and restrict consumption ...
If you are really struggling to eat/drink, please call your provider for their guidance ... Xxx
