Getting ready for Gastric Balloon

Hi All.
My name is Elme. I am a 31 year old, happily married mom of 2 beautiful daughters.
I am so excitted but also so scared.
I am booked for Gastic Balloon on Friday the 9th of Nov.
Any advise, or words of motivation would make my day.
Looking forward to my journey and sharing it with you all.
