my good friend indian light is new to these boards, and many of you may have read her posts, i just want to wish her luck in her 2 weeks ahead of her, and the difficult task of loosing a stone set by our surgeon !
you have been through alot with your band and have still succeeded to loose 6 stone which is fabulous, and i congratulate you on that amazing achievement. i know you can meet the target our surgeon has set you to meet in 2 weeks time, im behind you and fully support you and you can do this !

im sure alot of other minis members will support you through this rollercoaster ride on your weight loss journey, after all wls surgery is an emotional rollercoaster ride, i know that as ive had my fair share of the ups and downs, me and indianlight have ridden that rollercoaster together and support and understanding of them ups and downs is paramount thro each person experiences with wls.
