Hiya Helen, Doing good thanks. Prob not having enough water but not dehydrated so just need to sip sip sip!! Not had painkillers since Sunday, am gettting a bit bored now so must be on the mend. How about you? all going well?

Hi. Yes I,m doing well ,like you hard to get all fluids in, sleeping well and only had 1 pain killer today.Can,t really believe l feel so good. All that worry we both had, but now l am so looking forward to the new me!

I,m ok with the soup as l did it on the pre op, but now l can have a bit more variety! And just love the different tastes, have made my own no added sugar lollies and they are fantastic to keep up the fluids and just suck on in the hot weather.Take care Helenx
