Good Morning ! Snoring ?

Hello ... I was just wondering if any post oppers noticed a difference in their snoring after WLS ??

I'm on CPAP currently but really hope there is a marked improvement after my bypass and a lot of weight has been lost that my snoring improves enough to sleep without CPAP. Here's hoping anyway!

I am looking forward to reading positive responses from members that has first hand experience of before and after. ;-)

Lol yes I don't snore anymore and it shocked my husband so much he woke me up to check I was alive lol

he is in the armed forces and had been away for a little while, I'd lost a couple of stone in the mean time and it obviously made all the difference

Nice to know I can now fall asleep anywhere (a bus, plane, train etc) and not have that problem to worry about ;-) (just need to control the fly catching, mouth opened, dribble look an I'll be sorted lol)

Same things as Boots said after my gastric bypass my hubby said he wouldn't know I was in the bed he can't even hear me breathing! Lol

Oh my goodness! thats such good news ... my other half filmed me snoring the other night ... i reached 69 decibels ! i'll tell him the good news later... poor fella. fingers crossed !! thank you for sharing xxx

Yep my hubby reports much less snoring-now how do I stop him from snoring!!!????
I used to wake myself up my snoring was so loud + I'm down to 2 pillows rather than 3 now

im glad snoring improves! i had numerous arguements with the ex over my grizzly bear snoring - it really made me feel awful for all sorts of reasons :ashamed0005:

Least i know theres a light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm six months post op and still using my CPAP, still snoring so hubby informs me when Im not wearing it, still who knows a couple more stone hopefully and it will stop.

yep I've stoped the awlful racket I used to make only heavy breath if I'm sleeping heavy, if you know what I mean lol

i dont snore anymore either - my hubby says he can hardly hear me breathing when i am sleeping

im hoping because im on yhe sofa because i cant be upstairs ,cos not only do i wake hubby i wake the kids im so loud ............
