Yesterday the Luton and Dunstable hospital rang me as someone had cancelled at the last minute. As I already live in Luton I got a call at 11:30 for an appointment at 1pm. I couldn't believe it, I was so excited!
So I got there, was seen by a dietician, who was also the baratric nurse appointment and the psychologist.
So I get to start the milk diet tomorrow, I have to lose at least 5% of my weight.
Bad news is I have gone up to 153 kilos, 24 stone 4 pounds.
It is such a relief to be taken seriously and to strive to have some semblance of control over food for the next few weeks at least.
The divorce I have with food, will be an acrimonious one, but better for us both in the long run!! So I have just been issued with with my decree nisi!
