Got a cold and sore throat

Wat can I take for it feeling like iv got a head cold nose ain't stopped running all day feeling very tired and bad head ache wat can I take I'm nearly 6 wks post op xx

paracetamol, beechams, lemsip etc are all fine, although you may be better with the tablets than the hot drink as there might be a small risk of dumping.

Avoid nurofen though. We are not allowed ibuprofen post bypass due to the ris of ulcers.

You'll be fine with tablets now hun. Are you taking multivitamins yet?

Yea have been since op but had liquid form and now on chewable ones xx
