Got a date and start pre op diet tomorrow!

Got a call this morning offering me the 13th march!
The lady advised me to start the pre op diet ASAP so I'm doing a shop and starting it tomorrow.
Now all I can think about is what to have as 'my last meal'... I'm not normally this indecisive when it comes to food but my mind is blank!

Well ladies it looks like the bariatric teams are going to be very busy over the next few weeks.

Congratulations on your op dates and good luck with whichever pre op diet your doing....remember what its all for when you hit those difficult moments and my main advise is drink as much water as you can right up to the last minute, this will really help post op with hydration
