Got my app through!

Ive got my app through to see the surgeon. 5th March!! Just 4 weeks away. And now at sheffield, a 2nd surgeon has started, so the wait for the op is slowly being reduced. So all being well - it could be very soon!!!

Just wondered if anyone has any advice, or knows of any questions i should ask?
