Got my forms for Mr Ammori.....

HI All

I received my forms today that I've to fill in ahead of meeting Mr Ammori. One of the forms is like a psychological assessment. Can I be refused surgery depending on what my answers are in this form???? This is really worrying me cos I've suffered with depression for many years.

Please put my mind at rest.

Andrea don't worry, i was actually and am still on anti depressants at time of surgery. It doesn't stop surgery because a lot of the time depression is linked to weight. Mr Ammori is a lovely gentle man who had no problem with me being on the tablets x
