I've just started drinking green tea as it was suggested that it can help with metabolism and increasing it.
I am just wondering if anyone else drinks it, if so, how many do you have a day, or how many cups have you personally needed a day to notice any difference in your metabolism?
Or have you tried it and found it didn't help? Any experiences with it would be welcome
