Had first appointment!

Hi everyone - had my app at St Richards today. Saw one of Mr S's team - pleasant chap though didnt catch his name. told me he will be able to help me though, because of previous wls over 20yrs ago which was a bit of an experiment then - I will have to have a barium x-ray before they will commit just to see how things are. A small price I reckon - realising just how lucky I am to get this far.
What really impressed me was that all of the furniture was scaled to fit us biggies - my chair was so large I looked small in it Even the receptionist and specialist nurse were on the larger side - brilliant!
Good luck to everyone else - I am just hoping that they will be able to perform the wls on me - cant wait now xxxxx
