Thanks ladies I was 189.6kg in feb and this morning I was 169.4kg! So lost just under 3 stones

Thanks all had a very emotional day would just cry for no apparent reason had a good sleep last night and woke at 5.55 feel a bit battered and bruised internally but brilliant as a whole and so ready to go home!

How you doing now Louisa, I'm one week post op and the scars are just about healed and stopped itching. Laughing is a good healer, but by hell it hurts to laugh x
