Happy again

Hi everyone,

after feeling low for the past few weeks I am now feeling happy again.

had my surgery 9 weeks ago. I struggled at first as I wasn't drinking enough. I then had a bladder infection then a kidney infection. I suffered with had constipation and very bad piles.

I am now eating more and drinking more. Today I feel the best I have in YEARS! I have a lot more energy and I am feeling optimistic.

I think I thought the hardest part was going to be the surgery however after the surgery is a whole different story.

I am determined to make the most of my surgery. I have had a number of problems surrounding my recovery but as you guys have said it looks like I have turned the corner.

My advise to new by-passer is DRINK DRINK DRINK! and then drink more!

Glad you are feeling better and thanks for the advice - I am having bypass on Wednesday and now I am going to make sure I am constantly drinking

yep you really cant drink too much post op the more the better.
