In the great scheme of things its not huge but i hit the 4 stone lose today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know its not a massive loss compared to some but this is pre op and still have the liver diet to do yet

You should be very proud, Dawn I have only managed 7lbs more than that post op :sigh: You have also done this all through the festive season which is a real feat. Very proud of you, lovely xxx
