I have chatted to her today on facebook. She is fine, went for a fill yesterday so on liquids at the moment. I think her laptop wasnt working for a bit though.

Hello Ladies,

Thank you for your thoughts and messages. I have been without technology for a few weeks and it has taken until now to get back on here...It is good to be back!

The weight loss is still pretty slow, but coming off never the less...

I'll be around alot more from now on. Did i miss much?
