Today am off to visit my lovely friend Tracey - along with my lovely friend Debbie!!
If it hadn't been for my WLS i would never of met these two lovely peeps!!
I am so lucky!!!

Also - today weighed in at 19st 9lbs - thats 4stone off !!!!
