Having a arm and thigh skin removal, bust and TT done all at same time has anybody had this done

Lost 12 stone so alot of loose skin

ive got about 13 stone to lose and in process of getting wls on nhs and was wondering if u can get TT. Arm and Thigh skin removal, Bust on nhs too?
