Heart burn

I was advised to take lanzaprosole anti acid for 3 months post op sleeve. I have reached that point so did not renew prescription and now I find I am taking Rennes daily as having heartburn after most foods! Any solution?? Does this go on its own or do I need anti acids forever?!

I don't suffer with heartburn but I understand lots of sleevers do, I'd get your prescription again. Hope you're well other than that Eve x

Hi I would go for a prescription. I only had occasional heart burn in the past, then my gastroscopy uncovered acid damage and I have now been told life long Lanzoprazole. X

Ok thanks- will call doc then. Victoria I'm too slow at this to update my profile but to date I am 4 stone 8lbs down!! And feeling great!
