heart stopping call !!

The phone rang and it was the surgeons secretary !!! Heart stopped as i thought here we go they have changed their minds and im off the list
Phew she was just checking i was still going to the appointment with the dietician Thursday as so many people have not turned up for appointments !
Thought i better tell them i had hit the target they set me of 38lb i was ment to let them know
So all set for Thursday.
