Heartburn

Hi All

Been suffering with heartburn/stomach acid for a while now, and not a day goes by when I don't suffer with it, so rang my provider yesterday and am booked in for half a mil defill next Thursday. Hope it helps with the heartburn but last time I had half a mil taken out I put on nearly a stone so dreading it a little:-( Will power is going to have to kick in bigtime! Goes to show even having been a bandster for three years and maintaining now, problems still occur ;-(

Thats what happened to me and had to have a mil taken out as I had gained an extra mil from gawd knows where , the symptoms went str8 away - wishing you all the best xx
