Hy anyone had op in Ross hall ,I had mine on October last year and have lost 6st and have went from a size 24 to 16 and feel great I am off on holiday soon and can't wait to put the seat belt on and using the fold up tray without feeling fat and I know this time I will sit with confidence I am so happy

Hy does anyone have bother with trapped wind I have tried peppermint tea but still have pain trying to shift it any cures will be so welcome

bisodol after meals was what I did for a while, also gripe water and deflatine and just gentle walking about , sometimes moving my arms round to join my hands behind my back to open out the chest bit as well x
