Congratulations on having your surgery - there are a good number of people on here who have had gastric band surgery on site - plenty of threads relating to it.

I had my surgery 6 months ago now and it was the best decision for me and my health.

Just follow the guidelines been set by your team.

Where did you have your surgery? Probably a good idea to fill out a bit more of your user profile.

Under the green banner on the left where it says user CP there is a drop-down for you to fill in any information you want to. Only put in what you feel is relevant. Anything you wish to keep private you can do.
