Hiya I'm Marie waiting to have my op at dewsbury under mr White , saw dr raj in September who was awfully rude to me ! I have to go see him again tomorrow I'm dreading it he wanted me to lose three stone but not managed it xx

Thanks Lynne I managed to lose a stone , dr raj told me to lose three stone but when I saw my surgeon he told me he was happy to operate as I was so I'm confused ! Xxx

Hi, dont let any body be rude to hun, if he does it again tell him your not going to be spoke to in that manner, believe me it works, I had a surgeon for a different op speak to me very rudely, until I told him not to, he soon changed his tune. Best of luck.

Hope your appointment goes OK tomorrow.

I'm sure if you can show you have tried and you need a sleep machine you will be fine.

If he is rude to you again - just ask him to treat you with a little respect - but I just wondered if it is his manner rather than him meaning to be rude.

Good luck tomorrow, and I totally agree dont let anyone be rude to you surgeon or not he s no better than you!!

You are there because you want/need help and he is there cos he wanted to help people and get the wage packet!!

If you could lose 3 stone by yourself and keep it off you wouldnt need his services.

Ouch That was mean hun! And not necessary eh? Mums feel enough guilt as it is! You are trying to deal with your weight issues and it takes a lot of bravery to go for help and surgery etc xxx
Some people are just tactless I think...my surgeon saw me for an appointment after a long break and the first thing he said to me was "oh you have a neck"
I think some better just stick to the operating theatre and let someone else do the talking!
