hi im carrieann have just booked my consultation for a gastric band and thinking about getting the op done in belgium.do any of you have any experiences with this and just any advice in general. im 33 and weigh around 19 stone i dont know exactly cause i threw my scales out the bathroom window lol

Hi and welcome. I had a gastric band 6 months ago and haven't looked back. Best thing I have done. Not got experience of having it done abroad. But someone will be along soon, I am sure, that will be able to help. Good Luck with whatever you decide
