I have been gathering courage all day to post as I'm quite nervous; so many people have done so well on here, and I'm just at the start of my journey.

I have had my bloods, BP, weight etc done today and I have to see my GP on Thursday, he has said the other day he has no problem with referring me, he just needs to see the blood results and make sure all is ok.

Now I've taken the first step I feel a bit impatient! Has anybody had their surgery at James Cook or near there? How long is the wait?
